Going back to this string of charts #reply-16200409 for a minute. Looks like the closest thing we have going for us is the '98 scenario. My memory is bad, but wasn't that just about when the Fed started his rate cutting? Anyhow, looks like we will need to see a real capitulation in the COMP in the next couple days. I don't think today ws it.
