I don't really think that a rational person could come up with a meaningful explanation for what they are doing. It just doesn't make sense. But then again, I suppose that shooting heroin doesn't make much sense either. And considering my pretty staunch libertarian views, you can assume that I am against paying for theirs, or anybody's medical treatment.
