Republican fear tactics.....CRAWFORD, Tex., Aug. 29 – President Bush opened his fall budget fight with Congress today by telling an American Legion convention that cuts in his defense budget request could threaten national security......I'm so sick and tired of these threats of an attack from abroad so we must spend billions more to overkill the situation...............Bush doesn't realize that there is no more money left after the economy soured and the unnecessary tax cut shrank the coffers.
