You are correct without Reagan forcing the Soviets to blow a few more bucks on defense the Soviet Union would have crumbled in 1991 instead of 1989. So yeah he pushed the schedule up two years at most so what?

Okay, so you agree the position that Reagan "did nothing" is a lie and indefensible. Next I need to know how you come to the conclusion of "2 years".
And lastly, even if the 2 years you pulled out of the air is correct, what value do you put on the human lives saved mostly likely saved in those 2 years?
