Hi Surfbaron,

As one of UF's appointed QTIPS in QCOM back in the 1998's, I remember the call premiums seemed incredibly low. Patience was absolutely a must. The stock was so range bound in order to keep any peace of mind I started selling CC's on a part of the position.
I wouldn't have any idea where to look for past history prices.
