Thanks for your excellent advice. You have come thru for me time and again. I really appreciate your instructive comments and observations. One thing to learn from this bear market; most any share price can go up and eventually it goes down more than up.

You are 100% correct about the thinly capitalized gold stock sector. Not often one can see a sector go thru such action like the peaks and troughs we have seen in the gold rally. Oil sector did not suffer such movement, far as I can recall in my short history of trading the patch. Maybe the OSX did have such trouble breaking out back in the 98/99 period, I could not attest to it.

Thanks again for all your help. I will remember to not chase rallies. Did fair this last dip. Was ready for the drop Monday. Bot more of my gold fund Monday at the close.
