Robert,

I am an investor in InfoSpace and am just trying to get a handle on the
amount of money Infospace will generate from this agreement with your firm.
In other words, you mentioned that your custmers do 10 billion in sales
yearly. Does that figure include all sales via your software programs? If
so, will authorize.net have an opportunity to be involved in transactions
totaling this amount?

Thanks.

Authorize.Net will have the opportunity to be involved in the processing of
all our clients credit card and other electronic transactions

Robert,

One last question please. Does this mean that customers of Dydacomp will be
using Authorize.net even when the order is phoned or mailed in by the
customer and not necessarily when it is done over the internet?

Thanks again,

xxxxx

Correct

Datsun,

This is excellent work! This is what all users of these message boards who are serious investors need to be doing more of!

Many times legal departments prefer that the clients they work for (represent) stay away from committing things to the written word (discoverable in a court of law), and would rather converse over the telephone.

So, I take it, when a person is willing to put things into writing in your email, then it is pretty solid information.

Good job, and keep up the good work.
