C S Lewis just took you on a journey thru Taoism ,
Buddhism ,Hinduism, and from Helenistic thought .
Lewis makes his case thru the use of concepts not
originating with Christianity , but with that reservoir
of sensitivity innate within the consciousness
of every individual from birth and
in the human spirit.
With all this enlightement predating Christianity by
centuries .... the author takes one paragraph at the end
to have you believe that Jesus was the original author of the Tao ?
Interesting Lewis chooses to use helenistic, oriental and buddhist concepts, reason and thought to explain
the Gospels .<g>

But that is becoming fastly
more and more----> common knowledge , that this salvation is not just found in the dream of christianity
alone .
The final truth of culture, modern man , and civilization
does not lay with Christ , but with what was always there
to begin with .
The symbol of the TAO is one of the most
popular symbols with the youth of
the modern world ....and ancient.
(Neo thinks it is just a passing fad )
And , as Steven said to you before , you have no right
whatever to push your religion on others
or your dogmas.

The genie is out of the bottle ....and it is not
the property of Christianity . Christianity is
just a tiny part of the entire truth of the evolving
landscape of humanity.
