Need an economist to take this challenge.

(I'm making a crash course in economics right now to make money with one idea. The problem of being a drop out you need to make a crash course in everything!

Case 01: An individual is in possession of a piece of information that it is available to a very few others, but those 'few others' are not willing to make it public, since this is not in their interest.
Question: Can this be called 'asymetrical information'?

ACTION:
Individual will seek to profit from this information by make it available to third parties, whom, in their turn, will try to profit from the interests those 'few others' are trying to defend.

Taking into consideration that:
The information this individual have is subject to the 'whore's principle' which relates to goods that are more valuable before being delievered than after being consumed.

The likely result is:
The third party runs away with the money they make based on this individual's information. Hence this individual has no incentive to disclose his piece of information to the third parties.

OR

He will disclose not fully, but just part of it, which will not make his case credible, and as a result the third parties will not see value in his information.

Would anyone see some way out of this dillema. I would appreciate your views on that.
