Exactly. When things are in the toilet, investors will look for any sign that things are getting worse. Believe me I have plenty of experience in doing just that. So I know how hard it is to stay objective. However, the truth is that insider sales are almost always meaningless. Warren Buffet and Peter Lynch will tell you the same thing.
