Richard,

After your message, I went back to see in the library. Unfortunately,
I couldn't find June Issue but in july issue the newsletter says
that whenever It went bellow $1.00 this news letter has put buy on it.
I have seen this happening for almost last three years.
Sorry I couldn't help you. I had very casual look at it.
