ECB: one more case of humans attempting to be smarter than equilibrium-based bond market free systems they missed, misjudged, admitted, but damage done market is smarter than any single institution or person always has been, always will I have been surmising that ECB would lower rates only after the euro currency began to strengthen versus the US$ it has happened but a reminder, the US$ is still stronger now vs Euro than Jan1st of this year / jim
