From their 10K:
Customers We sell our products primarily to optical communication OEMs and resellers. In some cases, we sell our products directly to contract manufacturers who, at the direction of our customers, incorporate them into products being assembled by these contract manufacturers for our customers. For the fiscal year ended April 30, 2000, our three largest customers and their respective contract manufacturers accounted for 44% of our net sales, with Cisco Systems, Nortel Networks and Alcatel Network Systems accounting for 26%, 10% and 8% of our net sales, respectively. For the fiscal year ended April 30, 1999, our three largest customers and their respective contract manufacturers accounted for 43% of our net sales, with Nortel Networks, Cisco Systems and Alcatel Network Systems accounting for 27%, 10% and 6% of our net sales, respectively. |
