ORCL below 13 and we have a technical breakdown, can you say snap, crackle, pop - and you guys thought 13 would never be broken. Can't wait for a rally in techs to get the shorts fully loaded as we enter a crescendo. Look at the Nikkei for guidance for what happens when bubbles burst.
