We might get a shorter-term move up before the S&P LT numbers move down a lot more, into oversold levels. (But I see now that they are at 35, so they're close to oversold.) Don will probably get buy signals today or tomorrow (that's my guess at least), and we could see a rally. Then we'd get another pullback that would work on those LT numbers some more.

At this point, non-techs would seem to be a safer bet. The Naz still isn't oversold, according to my foolish numbers. But I live in ignorance, so don't go by anything I say. I lost the ability to predict the future when the repo man repo'd my e-wave program.

Techs will be a good bet when the love affair with them ends. Now, we've just got a lot of traders in dysfunctional relationships with their beloved techs. I see QLGC still has a P/E near 40.

Irrational gloom and doom? Please.
