One may present one's impressions, opinions, or conclusions, as we all do, all the time, without saying "IMO" or "Note that this is a conclusion!" beforehand, I assume you agree.
If I were to say "JLA, brees, Neocon and others on this thread are trogolodytes," that would be my opinion, an extrapolation, a characterization that would not be the same as saying "JLA, brees, Neocon, etc. have frequently mentioned that they consider themselves trogolodytes, or have repeatedly mentioned that they belong to the Trogolodyte Society, or have mentioned that they share the intellectual and ethical values of primitive man."
