An American President is responsible for 1. Advocating policies that encourage maximum economic growth 2. Selling these policies to the American people. 3. Convincing Congress it's in their best interest to obey the will of the people. It's too early in the semester to issue him a grade but he's on track to earn a 'C' in my opinion.
