If truly you plan to stock up on RAIN this would appear to be a good opportunity. I've been a shareholder for a year now and my experience is this stock almost never retreats. (It doesn't rocket up either). My opinion is that a lot of people look to add RAIN every time it starts to dip nipping every dip in the bud. I doubt you will see it below 32 but this is a very screwy market right now. I guess anything is possible.
