Image Power Inc - News Release $300,000 private placement Image Power Inc IPZ Shares issued 15900813 1997-06-18 close $0.3 Thursday Jun 19 1997 News Release Mr Stephen Swift reports The company has arranged a $300,000 private placement of units through Global Securities. The private placement will involve the issuance of 1.2 million shares at $0.25, with warrants to purchase a further 1.2 million shares. These warrants are exercisable for two years at $0.30 during the first year and at $0.35 if exercised thereafter. The company will use the proceeds to finance the continued development and commercialization of its colour compression technology. Effective June 16 1997, the company has relocated to larger premises to accommodate recent growth in the company's operations.
