John, The CEO owns alot of the stock and they obviously made him a killer deal. If you take out the 65 mil and borrow the rest at 7-8%, since they are getting $1 per share earnings $1.20 next yr, it seems to me that this is a theft. Somebody call the police. Take out some expenses for duplicity and they probably get an extra 10-25% per share. I wish I had $200 mil, I would make an offer. Maybe someone will. Greg
