I have several questions to be clarified:
1. Is a broker legally responsible for executing market order within a certain time limit? If not, a brkoer can take a customer's buy order at lower price to be executed at a higher price later, maybe one hour later without responsibility.
2. We use different tools because manufacturers indicate their useages. Does datek claim it is such a tool that will destroy customers if they use it in a way that he can use at other brokers? Does datek claim that it will not be used to executed market orders within half an hour or so after market open? Or datek will not improve itself in this respect? If you want a fast execution after market open, use other brokers, not me?
3.That claims unsatisfaction about a broker in SI is a wrong behavour?
Eat it and sat nothing? I speak out my disappointments because I hope datek to improve itself. If it doesn't, then I leave.
