Don't disagree. AMD will hurt a lot faster and a lot quicker than Intel. But by focusing on AMD I think a lot of people on this board are missing the point, which I will state again:

The biggest competition today is the processor that's already on my desk.


It sounds like we're just talking about two different subjects (and that we probably agree on both). The original conversation was a discussion about Jerry Sanders and how well he'd do in his effort to keep his job, which is why it was focused on AMD.

The expected growth of the processor segment is certainly a valid (more valid?) topic of conversation <G>.
