I just liked the way this country and the rest of the world was operating under the CLinton administration.
Did you like perjurygate? Did you like American boys being tossed into every foreign brushfire war Slick could find? (No wonder the Euros like Slick. They sat there and watched the Balkans boil and seethe for years without doing squat. Only Slick was dumb enough to put HIS fellow citizens in harm's way.) This clown had no use for the military- -EXCEPT to provide convenient distractions from his peccadilloes.

Did you like the NASDAQ bubble? Do you think that has no connection with the current economic mess?

We might be the richest country in the world right now but we are not the world leader
If we aren't, who is? Botswana? Luxembourg? The Russian Republic? The People's Republic of China?
If a world crisis breaks out, do you think the Europeans are going to flip us off? We could just tell them that the next time Nazis or Communists are coming at them full speed, don't call us.

unless you are guiltless.
So who's entirely guiltless? I'm not. Are you? Is any human?

The SEC didn't find him guilty or innocent. In fact they left the case open for further investigation if necessary.
(a) The SEC is possibly THE most pathetic government agency. What good is it? Shut it down.
(b) And if you don't agree with that, then it sure sounds like they didn't come up with anything serious.

Seems like everyone who is an investor has an interest in making sure that company CEO's don't scam stockholders.
Yup. 'Course it started with the first stock certificate and won't end until the last one is burned.

You know, Slick is indefensible. It's going to be a lot easier to just plead him guilty on all counts and get on with it.
