Cash flow positive? Under what rules did you define that? The co has stated they will be fcf positive in 4th qtr '02, problem is that they claim to be able to pull this off despite lowering guidance 500+ mil this year with no discernable guidance for '02, are you operating under GAAPPS, that is Generally Accepted Accounting Practices Per Sheldon? GG, Just having a little bit of fun at the expense of our poor departed friend, who after slamming everyone from 40+ down to 5 decide to finally decides it's unbecoming to pimp GX anymore, gg.

Stuck with a slug of GX from rougly 20, (but who's counting down here?),

Edit: I'm sure Sheldon is counting along with the rest us, the problem is that he won't admit it.
