Well the market internals were obviously weak. And the the screened stock ratio had a selling side of 16.3, which is the highest selling we have seen in the index since we have keeping records on it for the last year. If it is any consolation, the screened stock ratio also makes a very good indicator of a rebound from over sold conditions when it hits extremes, which 16.3 selling (an indicator of selling in down-trending stocks) will make a large contribution toward. The screened stock ratio remains negative at 16.3 to 5.2 favoring selling. Market risk remains high.

The strong groups remain the same, biotechs, insurance, medical equipment, and specialized retail. Add to those, educational stocks and trucking. As long as the market risk remains high, "lite mode" remains is the safest position.

Good Trading!!
