Dear WT: Well, I have seen my share of Proxy battles but the real fighting goes on behind the scenes. If you dont have your ducks lined up before the annual meeting nothing you do there is going to change the outcome. You might get some personal satisfaction by hollering and screaming BUT the man with the proxies controls the outcome. JDN
