If a company invests in something that is beneficial to the environment, like technology that saves energy or uses clean(er) energy, or reduces CO2 or PCB's, Should they get a tax credit ? If they take it, is that cheating ?

If a company earns part of it's income in a foreign country and pays the tax their, should they pay tax again on the same income, in the US ? If they take the foreign tax credit, is that cheating ?

If a company makes $1m one year, pays 350k in taxes, then looses $1m the next year, should they get the 350k back ? Or should they spread that loss out over several years when they make money ? If they spread the loss over several years, Is that cheating ?

Do you oppose all corporate "subsidies" ?
