VLNK has all the makings of a bounce UP from this 24 cent level - I have charted it 6 ways to sunday and it could do a RWKS. looks like somebody acculmulating at 25 for a run up. I could be worng as I am in SRGO - I have play money in it - NOt much of a trader but has the makings of a sub penny run at .0022
