Something about this report is erroneous, but I don't know what: (source: Bloomberg, Washington Service)
Ontario Securities Commission 8/28/01 reported that
Christopher Jennings sold 500,000 shares on 6/27/01 at
C$1.50.
The price of SUF on 6/27 was C$4.04 to $3.98. There was sufficient volume on that day and prior several days to support such a sale.
To have sold at C$1.50, Chris would have sold on or about Nov. 15, 2000, and would have taken 2 weeks to do it.
Or, he sold warrants, rather than common at C$1.50.

Some part of this report is true. He probably did sell something.
