Ah, and here's one of those Isreali investors! :) <<No. Wrong...any infringing product needs to have been developed before the filing date (in this case, April 5, 1999), and consequently recognized as 'prior art', to be safely immune from a valid patent holder's recourse; development before the grant date does not automatically assure safety. The 'filing date' is crucial.>> Grumble, then why don't the company's action back up your claims? There are many competitors which are eating up this space currently.
