AS: You still owe an apology from a few weeks ago. Also, I've been away but I see you've made another factual mistake. Ted Turner gave the greatest ever charitable donation of one billion cash to the UN Population Programme last year. Over-population is at the root of almost all global problems. Actually Ted, like Bill Gates is contributing through a foundation (his of course, not gate's) and its over 10 years. But its not cash its his stock. Its a drill all the wealthy play, donate and get the fmv of the donated property, that way he avoids having to pay capital gains on the appreciated stock and has a huge charitable contribution deduction (with a carry forward). Do you ever check facts or just go by sound bites?? I'll be back full time next week and expect the apology or I'll keep reminding you and pointing out all your inaccuries. I'll consider it a crusade.
