RYDEX ARKTOS is suppose to move opposite Nasdaq. (RYAIX)

It's a little inefficent, because of friction and havng to pay some dividends on shorts (they show up as
fund fees or expenses - real expenses are not that high)

If Nasdaq drops 10% , this fund tends to be up about 8-9%

There are some other rydex bear funds, also.
