This stock is going nowhere for the short term. Dont know if this is good or bad. If it stays this way I will be able to increase my position.
The last News Release is good, their reserves are going up all the time. But this is doing nothing for the share price. The only thing that will drive this stock up (short term) is an announcement that their 750 tonnes per day operation at klipspringer is operational. This is the same plant that they told the reporter from the Northern Miner that could be in operation in 1996. Now they are saying mid 1998 (possible).
They are in a frenzy to build up reserves but are slow to produce. Again good for the long term but the pits for the near term.
You might be right Vaughn about a take over. If a takeover is in the wind, then the company is doing the right thing in building up reserves and going slow with production.
My two cents worth. Dont mind me. I just like to ramble once in a while.
