ASTN will be delisted sooner than thought, company news

That is extremely low to release this news five days after they got it after the close of market. What gets me is that I said they get 90 days if they are under a buck. I asked the shills here if they get 90 days to meet all the minimum listing requirements or just the minimum bid price. Of course they bashed me saying that's for all the requirements. Obviously not so. They only were given ten days from the determination letter which means it because of the other two requirements that they miss.

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 31, 2001--The Ashton Technology Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASTN - news) announced today that it received a Nasdaq Staff Determination dated August 27, 2001, indicating that its securities are subject to delisting from The Nasdaq National Market effective September 5, 2001.

If you look at this chart, you can tell that some people knew about the letter before the rest of us. No wonder the shill were out in such force. Just when I think they can't get any lower they do.
