astn's investment in jagfn is lost jagfn seems to be out of business as the site is down. Did astn just lose all their money? the jagfn into jnot deal was called off a week or so ago. Was this Valentine's payoff? On February 6, 2001, we made a $1,500,000 equity investment in JAGfn Broadband, LLC. JAGfn is a leading provider of internet-based financial news and information through its website, which offers subscribers access to timely financial data, reports, and commentary from industry analysts and other professionals. In October 2000, JAGfn began an advertising-based live webcasting service covering current financial news during the trading day. We expect to gain exposure to financial professionals for our eVWAP and other intelligent matching system products on the JAGfn website and webcasts as a result of this relationship. Our investment in JAGfn represents a 5% interest in the company. This investment is recorded at its cost on the consolidated balance sheet.
