Rising cash was easy. Hiring new staff is hard part. Many South CA bios (and probably overall in US) are starving for experienced and good scientists. Majorities of those positions are for cancer field, so hope that attractive salary and living place (SD is beautiful) will bring attention. Working environment should be OK. Miljenko
