I think there might be a difference in what makes a good "you" and what makes a good person other than you.

Kindingence would be a good thing in others. I'm not sure if objectivity is necessary in others. I'm not even sure real objectivity is possible. We ALL think we have objectivity when looking at other people's "mistaken assumptions." I don't think we can think outside the box- we are part of the system, we can't be outside the system and in it at the same time. It's a limitation we'll just have to learn to live with I think. But that's just my opinion. If you manage to get outside the system let me know. :-)
