Steve, I know you guys got nothing better to do <gggg> but could you take a look at this group of stocks? FNF, FAF, ITIC, MTG, ORI, RDN and STC. They are all either title or mortgage insurance companies. They all enjoyed a couple of great years. They all rely heavily on the real estate market. Need I say more? Ramsey
