In order ro roll out on Oct 1st, the handsets had to be ordered and they need to be in place by Oct 1st. As thos handsets leave the factory, the royalties become payable to QCOM. So that will happen in late September, well within QCOM's 4th quarter. Just more unexpected, additional revenue...
