Please specify exactly which policy(ies) you're referring to, and exactly when and why they caused people to stop buying technology. Also, explain why this downturn that began long before Bush entered office was somehow caused by him. Also, what return to old economy ideas are you referring to, and by whom? Do you really think the person who holds the presidency dictates all the thinking of hundreds of millions of people? Are you so enslaved by feudal thinking that you believe that the King needs to make decisions for us? Not only have you not articulated what specific steps you're complaining about, but the cause and effect relationship is also entirely missing. In legal parlance, it seems your complaint would be dismissed for failure to state a claim.
