I simply meant that bankruptcy is always possible, although I wouldn't count on it here, and that GX's assets have tremendous value that would be properly realized should things proceed to a liquidation--also an unlikely prospect in view of Ch. 11 of the Bkrptcy Code.

Didn't mean to be cavalier.
