From RB board:

Joe Parker/P.Skimmer/WTAI (..now CIAI...)

The following e-mail from Joe Parker to Ed Taxin should clarify the WTAI India situation for many of us. Draw your own conclusions. Check out PSkimmer's website. They are correcting their copy. A whole new light, you might say.
If this company was good enough to buy at 0.25 - 0.75 how about 0.06???????????????
Sure, there are more problems to deal with.
My guess is that this is too strong a prospect; regardless, or in spite of the management.
WorldStar is not done yet.
Things are looking up!!!!

Quote follows..

Ed,

Thanks for your note concerning your listener's concern. Here is a factual
response:

1. I have NOT quit WTA, nor do I work for PSM. I am WTA's representative on
the PSM board. This is a responsibility. I get no remuneration from PSM for
it, nor do I have any position or ownership in PSM. PSM listed me on their
website as a board member, and it was so poorly worded as to indicate I had
left WTA. PSM sent a letter of apology to me and WTA, and promised to delete
the offending insert.

2. Deals are NOT falling apart. Payments are slow, but this isn't new when
you work with the developing world. I did terminate the Master Licenses for
Ivory Coast and Congo about 4 weeks ago. However, While in the Ivory Coast
two weeks ago I signed on a new buyer for the Ivory Coast commercial license,
got the President to agree to accept a NFLRPF (NFL Retired Players
Foundation) Economic Development License (the Ivoirian Government is going to
kick in land and $250,000 for training); and got a third party to buy the
Congo Master License.

3. There is a battle for management of the company, which is nearing
completion.

4. Ed, you know I am not a stock guy, but it pains me to see shareholders
suffer like this. Our primary responsibility is to the shareholders, and as
long as I am involved with WTA, that is where my loyalty will stay.

5. Finally, I have NO plans to leave WTA until the company succeeds with its
business plan.

Ed, Hope this helps your listener a little!

Joe
