Operators with subsidized handsets, unsolved true property
rights, even warranty rights, are an interesting bunch
of backwards guys.

Unluckily they are also the ones who are dependent on
the free blessings of the free gift giving season,
and most funny that they too must take the responsibilty
for their true property out in the field for the length
of their share cropping contract.

Scary, no??

I would be very careful to acquire any handset as
my true property, handset which includes an
untested, some day to explode, packet control channel.

However, one which doesn't use it, only the already
tested and verified without P, is a really good buy.

Renting or leasing, I wouldn't really care, I can
always sue the operator.
