wow.. more positive news for a holiday weekend : I have faith that the average American will spend 3 times what they get back in refund check.. I cant tell you how many times I hear people say- ah, i need a new refrigerator so ill use my refund.. then a week later theyll use that excuse for taking the family out to dinner etc etc etc.. I dont know how people sleep at night.. My brother makes a small fortune working in NYC and he was unemployed for 3 weeks and was borrowing money from everyone because his credit cards were maxed.. THIS is the norm.. Im just afraid that one day im going to pay the price for this careless behavior!
