I agree. I had an engineer at work with a shirt on inside out. He was on my team. What should I do? Tell him. I always say I'd rather look like an idiot in front of 10 people than 100. Zero is a better number but represents an ideal. Then engineer was embarrassed, but not as embarrassed as doing it all day long.
