when will the Fed capitulate?

IMHO, The Fed needs to devalue and stabilized the currency before there is any possibility for U.S. based companies to exist, let alone expand and export. The problem I see is that when you are creating liquidity for the entire planet, the tech sector seems more like an annoyance.
