If there is a housing surplus in Denver, it must mean Denver has lost a lot of jobs for its citizens. Real estate conditions are always based on local conditions in other sectors , no? Meanwhile, if anyone is interested, they can go to washingtonpost.com and read today's story in the Business Section about the retail market that is developing to cater to the megabucks spent by young teenagers---offspring of the baby boomers. This group is expected to exceed the population of baby boomers by a few million people, and apparently this younger set has wonderful spending power.
