If there is a housing surplus in Denver, it must mean Denver has lost a lot of jobs for its citizens. Real estate conditions are always based on local conditions in other sectors , no?

This group is expected to exceed the population of baby boomers by a few million people, and apparently this younger set has wonderful spending power.
