Sounds great to me, except for one thing.....you got $5mil I can borrow to implement your plan?
Seriously, what I am looking to do is not try to catch the absolute bottom, but at least get semi close and get a partial position started. Then, either let her rise, or be ready to buy more in increments on the way down. Am doing this with several stocks right now, but with orcl, I am still trying to establish my first, initial, partial position, and am wondering whether I should bite at 11- 12, or wait for 9 or 10.....not worried if she goes to $5, will just buy more....am more concerned with getting that intial purchase at least fairly close to a bottom. if we are going to $2, I dont want to start buying at 11 or 12 or 9 or 10.......at the same time, if we are only going to maybe see 5 - 7 as a low, then I wont mind buying at 410 and buy more lower.....so, the magic question is, what do most see as a low for orcl over the short to mid term.....do we get a chance to buy for $7 by october, or is $10 - $11 area gonna prove to hold and be a bottom.........TIA, and all opinions welcome and appreciated. |
