Sounds like VSEA has blown it's SLAPP case! It is hard to believe how VSEA has gotten itself into such a bad legal position although it does explain the poor performance of the stock and why so many insiders have long ago dumped their holdings. Looking forward to the trial and for a decent recovery after they lose. Any ideas on how much this will cost the stockholders?
