I see some support around $20-21, but the next technical support below that is in the low single digits. I expect to see 20-21 out of this decline. My read on the oil majors comes in negative, but I see some e&p's searching (and finding) a bottom here. OSX had a nice double bottom in place that could have propelled the sector much higher, but the double bottom broke, so that's more bad news.

I believe that there has been some manipulation here, but they're manipulating the price because they CAN, which is easy since there are no buyers to be found.
